Before you begin
The application is the start of a conversation
Tell us about your household, lifestyle, experience, preferences and what you hope a poodle will bring to your family. Clear, honest information helps us consider whether a current or future Sebtus poodle may suit.
The Google Form states that the $100 processing fee is non-refundable and supports the application review and matching process. If a Sebtus placement proceeds, the $100 is deducted from the agreed purchase price. Completing an application does not guarantee that a placement will be offered.
The application opens in Google Forms. Complete the required questions and press Submit. Follow the bank-transfer instructions shown in the form and email your payment confirmation to sebtus1@gmail.com. Opening the form alone does not submit an application or make a payment.
Family Home applications
Interested in a long-term partnership?
Open our shared Google application form and select “Yes” for “Are you interested in our Sebtus Family Home Program?”. In the question about what you hope for from a Sebtus poodle, mention the Family Home Program and include your location, transport, existing animals, routine and ability to meet the commitments.
