Information we collect

When you contact Sebtus or complete an application, you may provide your name, contact details, household and lifestyle information, information about children or other animals in the home, preferences and other details relevant to a possible placement or service.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, consider placement suitability, communicate about Sebtus programs and services, keep appropriate business records and protect animal welfare.

Google Forms and email

The application currently opens in Google Forms. Information you submit is processed using the Google account and services used by Sebtus. Email correspondence is also retained in the ordinary course of business.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell applicant information. Information may be shared when reasonably necessary with veterinary, microchip, transport, regulatory or professional services connected to an agreed placement, or where required by law. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected and applicable obligations.
