Our Approach

Raised with intention.
Matched with care.

A poodle is an individual, not a colour, a size or a promise. Our work begins with observation and honest conversations.

01

Temperament-first placement

Every poodle is considered as an individual. Guidance is based on current developmental observations including confidence, sensitivity, arousal, recovery, social interaction and settling ability.

02

Home and family-based raising

Sebtus poodles grow within real homes and family environments. Selected family homes provide ordinary routines, individual connection and the consistency needed to develop confidently.

03

Grooming and handling foundations

Poodles require lifelong coat care. Age-appropriate grooming, handling and hygiene foundations begin early so families are better prepared to maintain comfort and wellbeing.

04

Honest guidance

We explain strengths and areas that may require continued support. No puppy is perfect, and no single temperament suits every household.

05

Support beyond collection day

Sebtus families receive practical guidance about settling, grooming, training, behaviour, enrichment and everyday care.

06

Understanding people as well as dogs

Our work is informed by extensive experience with poodles, grooming, behaviour observation, disability support and neurodivergent families.

Observation supports a decision. It cannot guarantee a future.

Temperament profiles describe what we see at a particular developmental stage. Adult behaviour is also shaped by genetics, health, environment, training, social experiences and ongoing care.

Our responsibility is to share the clearest information we can, identify possible mismatches and help suitable families prepare for the individual dog they may welcome.
